How about working and residing anywhere in the E.U. (at least for citizens of the current 15 member states)? Less important benefits include visa/fee-less entry into various countries such as Brazil and Chile (both USD100 for U.S. citizens as of late) among others, and use of E.U. immigration lanes at various E.U. airports (often faster than the express lanes).

And no, as he has said thankfully, he isn't a U.S. citizen.
