Sorry to hear your situation.

In my experience, anything ticket I book on AP website get ticket immediately. The one that take hours/days will be the one that is call in and have an AP agent book for me. But at the same time, the one that I call in usually is a lot more complex, multi-carrier ticket, hence that might be the issue.
