It's difficult to prioritise meal service by status,because they use the "buffet style trolley". If they were prepared to cook another meal for you,I don't see what's the problem is.
I know they prioritise meal choices by status on BA,but on CW UD,also as an Emerald I did not get my first or even second choice and no one offered to "cook another".
