Generally, the 763ER bulkhead rows are great. It is generally heralded that the exit row seats are less comfortable and can be colder. If this is the version where the middle seats of the first row of C+ are ahead of the side seats (i.e. this or this), then the AB FG seats have enough space that someone in the A seat could stand up and walk around someone in the B seat. The only two detriments, though small, are the obvious: no floor storage and no moving armrests. But regardless of the type, the 763 has good room in the bulkhead. The only exception is the 76Z.
