Hi, I was going to get some help:
My wife and I are booked HKG-HND in F on the 744 in March. When I went online to select seats it wouldn't let me put both of us in row 1.
I called the US 800 number and after 30min wait got a representative that supposedly put us into 1A and 1K. Immediately after the call and now two days later the website does not show either of us with booked seats.
Is it possible that we do have booked seats but you can't see them online or should I call someone else to get the seats reserved?
