Hit or miss.
The FA I had probably had the best english of all Asian airline FA's.
(She went to college in the UK for 4 years, etc.)
But true the others were not so great.

@OP A380s suite was great. I would take the left side so you can avoid restroom traffic on the right. Down side is pilots will sleep on the other side instead of using their bunks. Only 1 restroom can be an headache so I used the crew restroom an few times.
Value wise/food quality wise, I would take the western Steak/Lobster meal instead of the Bibimbap and Korean Soup for breakfast.
32" IFE but poor entertainment and such an waste of an big screen.
I would say Asiana probably had one of the best onboard services on my flight so far. Ground staff on both ends was an miss. Grumpy/Rude/Lazy as they were too busy texting/chatting instead of holding up signs and etc.
FA was so awesome she even planned out an bit of my trip for me, helped me write the hotel location in full korean, told me to use the airport limousine (bus) instead of the taxi during rush hour due to bus traffic privileges etc.
Another downside of Asiana though is they try to put you to sleep really early. Than suddenly only 1-2 FA is left in the galley.
