I HATE these fees. And yet I still stay at the Park Central SF. Why? Even including this fee they are generally cheaper than the other properties in the area (except Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf which is not in the area). So... although I hate being told I must pay $25 for luggage storage and free 1800 calls (um, aren't 1800 calls free anyway!!?) - the fact is that their rates are still cheaper and that's all that matters.
