I think it's the 3rd stop, as I think there's one stop on airport property to let off employees. It's been a while, though. I know it goes past a HI, makes a left onto Bath Road & the Ren is on the opposite side after the left turn. On the return to LHR it's the last stop so once you get on at the Ren (same side), the next stop is the airport.

I usually take 105 or 111 to/from both properties. The stops are keyed to the hotels in the legend on the lower left. New Rd for the Marriott, Nene or Boltons for the Ren (you have to cross Bath Rd to get to the Ren). I suggest bookmarking this map - or in my case I actually saved it as a pdf on my iPhone, using the Documents to Go app.
