Someone asked about how to add an authorized user. I called the number on the back of the credit card. I was then forwarded to the local banker who opened the account for me. We were both a bit surprised, but she said she thought it was because they want to give great personal service for the card. So if you saved the phone number for your banker, you can go directly to them or you can call the 1-800 number first.
