This was kinda what I thought when I read the destinations. I mean, sure Rouge counts but paying high fixed prices on Rouge when it doesn't necessarily run every day doesn't make a ton of sense to me. If it makes sense without that destination then sure go for it.

I doubt they could ever do it, but an alliance wide pass would be the ideal. Regardless of alliance that would give people great flexibility.
