No other choice non stop - but Norwegian's new uk operation (from a legal perspective) is looking at s Africa.

Alternative in premium cabins is Turkish or Emirates - I d personally avoid Qatar after their Miami 777 incident
What QR MIA 777 incident are you referring to?
