I don't keep track of transfer prices, but do know that some hotels like PHT have rates inclusive of a one way transfer.

At current JPY exchange rates, hotel car transfers are suddenly tempting me in Tokyo. Traffic is usually not an issue, but the N'EX is still the fastest and most cost effective ground transportation option from/to NRT.

The Mori helicopter charter service is also a much better value now, and is also something I would like to try. It is not a huge time saver, but the Tokyo skyline is pretty impressive by air. FWIW, they have an Hermes appointed interior on one of their Eutocopter models.

I wonder if there are any reports of queue jump/VIP security and immigration at NRT? I was very pleased to get an escort through VIP security all the way to the NH lounge the last time I flew paid F out of HND. I am wondering if same is now possible at NRT (to my knowledge there was no such thing a couple of years ago).
