There are no 'old' style business seats anymore, all A330 aircraft have been refurbished with either the new regional business seats or long haul Cirrus seats. To be honest for a regional flight next September I would almost guarantee the aircraft will change in the meantime, so no point worrying about the seats yet.

You will have access to The Arrival although it's not a patch on the LHR T5 Arrival Lounge, if that's what you're expecting. It's a small room with a bit of food and a handful of showers.
