I'm 99.9% certain this is plenty of time (last time I did same flight through PHL was done in like 15 minutes).
Assuming enough time, which AA club should I stop at? I think there's 2 of them? I also have access to Delta and United (if they have clubs there).
I have no idea of arrival or departure gates (probably won't know until day before and even then it'll probably change).
There are four AA clubs in PHL. Not much difference between them other than size of the lounge and views of the tarmac. With only 2 hours between flights, and need to clear Customs / Immigration, I'd recommend which ever club is closest to your departing flight to ALB.
You appear to be on flight 3836 which is Air Wisconsin and a CRJ which means terminal F. (opposite end of the airport from where international flights arrive). Recommend you catch the shuttle bus from terminal A and use the F terminal lounge (located above the food court at the bus connection point)
