I need to purchase a NW ticket and want to earn miles in my NW account for purchasing this ticket through their website. However, I'm Continental Platinum, so I want my CO number applied to earn the miles for flying.

Does anyone know how I could accomplish this? When would I change the FF number on the reservation?
