One big difference between KL and SG food is while similar, you are paying the same number for the same food. MYR in KL and SGD in SG. The difference is three time more in SG.
Not only the food, that rule holds for many other things things. Even train tickets between the two places - I believe the currencies were at parity following separation, and since then everybody has been too polite to comment on their divergence
