All I can say is wow! Called the KF line at around 6am Singapore time this morning. Got a great agent that proactively offered to send a request to confirm the wait listed seat. Received an approval less than 4 hours later via text and email, notifying me that the wait list was now available for confirmation. Just finished ticketing everything online.
