Hi, sorry if this is the wrong spot. Searched the forum couldn't find much.

Anyway, I am connecting form MEX to SEA via PHX. Looks like international flights land in Terminal 4 and I am connecting to Alaska Air to Terminal 2. Not extremely familiar with PHX, is 2 hours enough for the connection? I had to call AS for a seat assignment and the agent was really worried about the times, and not something I usually am concerned about but when I looked it up I am connecting at complete opposite ends, can't get any further. Does CBP have a tendency to bottleneck at certain times? Flight arrives at 9:30am and connection at 11:30. I do have Global Entry which of course usually helps move things along.
