My main worry is what will happen to prices after Michelin launches. I'm not sure if any of the restaurants here deserve 3 stars, but the 'usual suspects' i.e. Andre, Jaan (or maybe now Odette), Waku Ghin, etc should at least get one or two. Will they then raise their already very high prices?
