I had a failed RA load this evening with an OV. It actually worked at first but then the register said tender not allowed. Tried once more and the register asked for a manager override which he provided and it appeared to work again. This time it printed out a receipt showing that it actually worked. Went on my way but never received the email from Serve. Checked the Serve balance and it wasn't there. Checked the OV balance and it showed the original $500 debit followed by a $500 credit. It didn't show anything for the second attempt.

No harm since the balance was still on the card. Just a weird data point.
