I applied for my 2nd Alaska card and got approved. I applied for my wife's 2nd card and she got a conditional approval. She called in and the rep stated that her credit profile showed her maiden name, even though the 1st card shows her married name. ><

Did not mention the fact that she had already had a card. She had two choices - either provide a letter from the bank showing her married name or have the card sent showing both her maiden and married name. So opted for the latter. Very odd but at least she got approved.
