I remember visiting the Royal Wing lounge in the non Schengen part of Schiphol many moons ago on X-Mas day.

Usually, the Royal Wing lounge over there was pretty crowded before the 10.30-12.30 departure bank to the US, but on that day, I was not forced to find a seat in the aquarium (the section for smokers)

The food was the standard fare, green puff pastry and meat puff pastry.

Back in the days, they offered Dresdner Stollen as well, but I do not think that it was limited to X-Mas day only.
