I would view current CIV score more relevant to turnaround coordinators/dispatch staff or whatever they're called these days. They're generally the ones who make descisions regarding op ups aren't they? Off the top of my head I can't think of a basic situation that would require a check-in agent or lounge agent to need that info as a primary part of their job role.....although I'm sure it will be available. On the other hand, I've heard differing questions on many an occasion in check-in/lounge queue's regarding TP's posting etc. etc.

I totally see your point though, how does one know a CIV score without asking?
