Avios stash I would agree with you, but TP's can be quite relevant. Booked fare bucket is also very relevant when asking to change flights at check-in or in the lounges. Also certainly relevant on domestic flights, business UK does not always print on the boarding pass, hence the fare bucket must be know to ascertain lounge access eligibility if said person does not hold status.

The info given to the agent is only what is required to check you in, it does include FF info but certainly not your fare, points, inside leg etc. However these can be accessed if required by the agent moving into the RES (Reservation System) if required.
Although DCS may still be available, I think PRS is the common system used in most stations until FLY is fully implemented.
I would imagine different roles have different access codes, allowing differing levels of data specifically dependent upon job role.
