Aren't RDMs calculated on base fare + carrier surcharges (i.e. YQ/YR)?

In that case, the OP should get (CA$800 fare + CA$380 YR) x 11, assuming DM, which is $882.86 x 11, or total of 9,711 Sky"miles".
