If you are going to the US then they will see if you have an ESTA (or not!) and for other countries if you have completed API

They will see your FF number and status but they would have no reason to see how many avios / TPs you have.

Price paid / bucket is also not really relevant to check-in.

Under the Data Protection Act they should only really be seeing data needed to complete their job and the check in process.
