I should add that my shoes were drenched during the recent rain. They cost me a fair bit of money so I called Guest Services and asked if they could dry them without ruining the leather.

We went up to the club before they could call back and the lounge staff told me they had collected both of our shoes and would return them by 11PM. Now that's service!
