I hope you don't mind if i chime in here. First of all, some members have posted some inaccurate information here. The facts are we actually have no way of moving a post 'as is' from TravelBuzz! to MlesBuzz!. We can only moce a thread 'as is' from Miles to Travel.

And I know the reason there are three versions of the thread that was moved from MilesBuzz! to TravelBuzz! - we were in server overload and unfortunately had submitted it more than once, not realizing the server drag. It will be corrected. While I understand it is very easy to point out the limitations of where threads go - I think there might be some member responsibility of where the post was first posted. At that time, a moderator could make a judgement call to have moved the seating thread to TravelBuzz! or to Delta. It's just a judgement call. The obvious lesson is: if you don't want a moderator to make a judgement call, try to identify which forum it belongs in the first place. For instance, if the seating post were to have been put in Delta OR TravelBuzz! in the first place, probably no discussion on the topic. As for choosing TravelBuzz! over Delta - a judgement call because if we were to read the forum description of Delta, it does state about SkyMiles.

Anyway, hope this helps understand perhaps what happened and more importantly the idea that it's probably not that cool to criticize a judgement call, afterall, these are just volunteers donating their time in hopes of making FT a better place for all in the long term. Granted, not perfect everytime, but at least in good efforts.

Sorry for the triple post and that will be taken care of.
