Personally, we would recommend USS Arizona Memorial/Pearl Harbor tour and the USS Missouri tour. Driving up the to the north shore was very nice too. Stop on the way back and see the Dole Plantation. Many great restaurants in and near Honolulu. See the Zagats rest. guide book at a bookstore.

Don't schedule too many activities. Save a little time for R&R. Enjoy.
