Didn't think of in room dining. Most of the PHs I stay at don't offer it without charge.
We had the same Turkish Menemen and Eggs Benefict at the PH AUH and the quality was vastly superior.
I know if they don't have a lounge or GC then in room is supposed to be a Diamond benefit. I've done it at a few PHs like Toronto, Seoul, Busan, Tokyo and always had it taken off the bill upon checkout.
