I've flown on KLM, NW and CO biz classes. I've heard people rave over BA. I've also heard good things about Air India lately. KLM WBC to India probably won't be as good as some of the other carriers though

Thanks for the suggestions sgopal2, but, unfortunately, none of the airlines you list offers the AMEX free companion ticket.
