I have a few comments:

First, I see you charged your purchase. I would talk to the credit card company. Here in the US, credit card companies will sometimes get involved to help resolve a complaint.

Next, to find info on a Spanish Consumer Protection agency, I would contact your nearest Spanish Embassy or consulate. They might be able to assist you.

One final note: while the company is now called CarJet Iberia, it has NO relation to Iberia Airlines.
