I just went over to Wawa to pick up some hoagies for the football game (homecoming) tomorrow. I had a large order, and several special requests. The young woman working alone behind the counter was very patient, and helped me out a lot. I rarely, if ever, tip at the deli or supermarket, but I slipped her a few dollars because she was so helpful. She seemed taken aback and genuinely thankful. That's what tipping SHOULD be about.
