This has been implied in earlier responses, but I'll spell it out anyway.

Do not include any of the "my mom kicked me out" information. Immigration does not need to know the reasons you are living with other family, and it may send up red flags such as:
"Well, there must be a reason this person was kicked out. Maybe we don't want the trouble." or
"Kicked out? Ran away? Same thing. We don't want the trouble. Go home, kid."
