i'm trying to fly on the 77w from tampa to lax. it seems the best way to do that is to fly from tpa to mia and then from mia to lax on flight 1065 (this is on 12/19). i have a few questions:

1- how do i book this flight? i cant seem to find one that will let me connect via miami. it wants me to fly direct from tpa to lax.
2- i know this plane has a first class cabin as well, but i dont see any option for booking first class. so how does that work?

any tips would be appreciated.. i really dont want to be stuck for 5-6 hrs in a standard recliner chair if possible
