Two months ago, when booking a round trip (London to JFK), I was a Gold card holder and able to book exit row seats, free of charge, for my party.

Now, on Dec 1st I was moved to Silver membership. Whilst I was expecting this chnage, I had a suspicion that it might affect my previous booking. I was right. Seemingly, I have been moved from those seats. I believe that since I was a Gold card holder at the time of booking, and was able to successfully secure confirmed exit row seats, these should still be honored today.

Before I call the Executive Club line, do I have a case?
