Wow Hilton that is just bad bad customer service. As a Hilton Diamond who has 35+ stays of 60 nights this year... I get less and less upgrades and even worse WiFi speeds. Ugh. Not upset at you, if I was able to take advantage of a free Diamond bump I would. I'm upset at Hilton for diluting and crowding the program even further. Where I travel, Hilton has the best coverage with their properties. I stay roughly 25% at Hampton Inn, where they all have Diamond parking. I cannot tell you the last time I was actually able to use a space because there were already all full!
