It's a good article, and it details many of the flaws we already know.

Many of us already are familiar with the dreaded "SSSS" on the boarding pass. If a terrorist is carrying weapons, and sees "SSSS" on his ticket, he'll just give the goods to an accomplice! How does it improve security?

And this is just one thing that we have figured out. Imagine what an organized group could do?
