I have not seen any Delta usage of the phrase "premium economy" to refer to Comfort+. Although perhaps they are doing so an I've not seen it. The Delta marketing bumpf and product descriptions I've seen have all called it Comfort+.

The phrase "premium economy" quoted in the initial post of this thread was some anonymous Bloomberg writer's word, not Delta's.
