As an Accor member this is one of the more frustrating properties I have the opportunities to stay at. ( 3 times in 6 months.... $2000aud)

I get more satisfaction out of ibis Adelaide than this property, at half the price. ( 15 nights in 2 months).

Tis true , my SE Asian stays are usually leisure.... But from my experience, Sofitel So Singapore is hit and miss. SIN is expensive, so I am very selective. And of course I have to compare my experience to Thailand ... Sofitel So, Sofitel Sukhumvit - Where I feel I have been treated much better as an a elite and general staff interaction. ( I will also add Pullman and m gallery Vietnam deliver more satisfactory visits)

Singapore So offers a unique property... I love the (premium rooms). I love the decor/design. But not the best facilities, nor do I think they look after elite customers with regard. SO is the the word..... SO hit and miss,,,, My interaction with mgmt at this property (complaint) was limited to email only, and basic.

Only the top level rooms are worth habitation. I have been always been upgraded when booking MID level room. No special treatment for elites. No club. TERRIBLE pool facilities....

So for me I only book when on big sale.... And will return in March

I have just read my post?..... Wouldn't marketing gurus cringe at this?!?!

( hence our frustration with the marketing gimick that is Accor club.......)
