Great for lunch, excellent margaritas..

On the high road to Taos. Definitely worth the drive.
Try the Carne Asada & finish with Sopapillas & honey for dessert.

I usually get this:
A traditional NM dish is blue corn stacked enchiladas, Christmas style with a
fried egg, over easy. Usually served with a side of pinto beans.
Christmas style is 1/2 with red & 1/2 with green chile.
New Mexicans go crazy for their chiles.
I also ask for a small bowl of posole.
