I was at the Short Hills lounge on Sunday. It was very crowded and has a huge staff (when one coffee was spilled, at least six people swarmed to the area to assist in the cleanup).

Snacks included chips and pretzels (bags), brownies, cookies, scones (very delicious) and croissants. There were several small refriderators scattered around the lounge stocked with sodas and water, and they had the Keurig coffee machines.

They have free wifi, TVs showing the game and gift wrappers. Overall, a nice spot. Must be costing Chase a bundle, especially considering the high level of staffing.
