I stumbled upon the lounge by accident. I just happened to be in SFO and just happened to be on the 4th floor of the mall (they were playing snowflake videos on the dome!).

Tried to get in with my Sapphire Preferred, but was rejected. They did let me in with my Presidential Plus (she even told me never to get rid of it since it is closed to new applicants).

Had some coffee and cookies, hung out a while people watching. Didn't have any gifts to get wrapped or coats to hang, but it was a nice surprise in any case.

On a side note, I have fallen completely in love with San Francisco, I really wish I could afford to live there.
