UA is a reasonable alternative to DEL via EWR. Flew there a few times this year in E+; no worse than AC Y. Not surprising UA has a lot of cancellations and delays into DEL. Many of them are mechanical, and many are related to on route weather conditions. I'm surprised that a UA 777 or AC 787 can't land in DEL due to fog both crew and aircraft are CAT3 certified?
