Also some thieving from in room safes being reported on Tripadvisor.

Opted for this hotel over the Pan Pacific for New Year and despite releasing the shackles of loyalty (very liberating), I am beginning to regret my decision to book this Sofitel.

Hopefully my concerns are unfounded.
