What I have noticed is DL tends to start offering deals a little closer in, at the 2 month mark I'd imagine they'll start to be available anytime, unless you're looking at President's weekend (which is just over 2 months away) in which case a lot of those flights may already be sold out in the lower buckets
some of these holiday flight can just have no inventory on a lower booking class the whole time like no V 355 days out till depature
