I have got no real problem with BA pilots being paid a bit more... I quite like the reassurance that the man or woman in charge at the pointy end is highly professional and competent and well paid.

I am concerned that there may be a push to move the cabin crew remuneration down. This is a full service airline and the crew need a higher level of skills IMO and therefore should be remunerated appropriately.

I think the real issue is (if the figures quoted are correct) how the LoCo's get away with only paying people such a low salary!
