On Delta's website, under "Onboard Experience" (http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...xperience.html), if you look at the Delta One section it mentions lounge access, but under First/Business not such mention is made.

I called Delta's customer service and the attendant seemed unsure and at first said "access to SkyClub lounge always requires a fee". Then, when I asked him if certain fare class granted complimentary access, he came back saying that my Business (Z) did not. I'm not completely convinced he knew what he was talking about.

Can anyone confirm? My itinerary is:

SFO-ATL (first class-P) - domestic
ATL-MCO (first class-P) - domestic
MCO-BSB (business-Z) - international

Thanks!
Fare class has nothing to do with Skyclub access. What matters is that you're flying in First/Delta One/Business on an International flight (exlcuding some Caribbean destinations) or on select transcons. The flight to BSB is ticketed in the premium cabin and as an international flight does get Skyclub access. You can access at any airport along the way, just show them the MCO-BSB boarding pass.
