I stayed at the So Urban room which is the bulk of room type at this hotel. The So Cosy rooms are really to be avoided if possible at all as they have zero view, they open to the inside of hotel atrium but I guess at a (really) dirt cheap rate or for anyone just spending a night, maybe worth considering.

They have very limited few suites, I think 6 or 7 combined if I can recall correctly plus a bigger VIP sort of suite so probably 75% of the rooms in the hotel are the So Urban type that face the street.

All the platinum benefits were afforded:

-One category upgrade.
-Welcome drink.
-Extended check out.
-Welcome amenity.
-Wifi.

Also provided B/F as well which was great.
