Not sure about lounge access at SGN. Didn't access lounge at ICN as my transit time was short. Food was generally good, didn't pre-book any meal. They have a wide wine selection. The Smartium Class has huge LCD screen, but fair poorly with movie titles. Sleep was very comfortable for ICN - JFK.

The stewardess lacks basic English. I asked for 'icewine', was given 'ice water'. I asked for 'knife', but was given 'fork'. I travelled with my daughter (2yo) and had to ask several times to serve her kid's meal first. But in the end, her food is served together with mine. Not sure about your experience; this is probably the first and last time i flew asiana.
